We offer one simple service that is split into two phases, Design & Draw, to ensure you have absolutely everything you need to create your perfect garden.

Every project starts with a free consultation so we can get to know you, your space or spaces and what you would like in your ideal garden. The consultation usually lasts 30-60 minutes and the measurement typically takes a further 60 minutes but that depends on the size, shape and slope. The consultation will include:

  • A friendly conversation about how you would like to use your garden when it has been completed as well as style, colour, material and plant preferences

  • An efficient survey of your garden to record the measurements required to produce the 3D model

  • A review of the aspect, soil type, soil pH and drainage

During this phase we use the detailed notes and measurements taken during the consultation to design your new garden. Using the latest software we build a 3D model and produce a concept design package that is presented to you, face to face, by our designer. The concept design package includes:

  • A ‘top down’ 2D concept plan that describes the design in an easy to understand format

  • A series of lifelike images showing your new design from many different angles

  • A reference board of photographs to help convey ideas, plants, moods and materials within the package

Design

At this point you will be able to fine tune the design and amended versions can be produced, if required.

Once you have approved of the concept design package we can then produce a set of construction drawings. These drawings are for whoever is building the garden, whether that is yourselves or a landscaper, to accurately set out and construct the project. The construction plans include:

  • Construction plans with dimensions, levels, areas of hard landscaping and isometric drawings of structures

  • Planting plans detailing the location, number and size of plants

  • Lighting plans detailing the location, model and specification of the lights

Draw

Our prices start from £400 and scale depending on the size, complexity, location and what package is required. The fee is unique to each project to ensure we can provide the right price for your requirements.
